Our Must-Haves for Traveling

Unmissable items we bring in every trip

Packing for a trip can sometimes feel overwhelming, but after years of experience on the road, I’ve refined my list of travel essentials. From the reliable backpack I always carry to the plug adapter that works everywhere, these are the items I never leave home without. I’ve also included a selection of sustainable travel products that help reduce environmental impact. Whether you’re preparing for your very first adventure or your fiftieth, I hope this list makes packing easier and your journey smoother.

Essentials for Traveling

Travel Essentials

Photo Gears

If you’re looking to capture your best travel moments—whether on land, in the air, or underwater—here’s the photography gear I personally use and recommend. This camera is a basic model, but it delivers excellent photo quality, and I’ve never felt the need for anything more advanced. To keep my shots steady, especially when traveling solo or capturing landscapes, I rely on a sturdy tripod that’s both efficient and durable. For aerial views, I use a compact drone that, despite being a basic model, offers impressive photo and video quality for its price. And when it comes to underwater photography or recording on the move—whether I’m hiking, swimming, or exploring—I always bring along my action camera, which is ideal for capturing fast-paced, dynamic moments in any environment.

Sustainable travel

If you’re aiming to travel more sustainably, here are a few essentials to reduce waste and avoid single-use plastics. I carry a reusable water bottle, a compact set of cutlery, a shampoo bar and  toothpaste tabs. These small swaps make a big difference over time. Traveling light and consciously is one of the easiest ways to protect the places we love to explore.
